TruBlue of North Reading is a Total Home Care services company dedicated to providing value and peace of mind to our customers. Our mission is to help people maintain the safety and value of their homes through home assessments and regular maintenance. We are searching for a reliable customer service representative to join our team!

Key responsibilities:

-Answers all phone call during shift, books estimates for any incoming customer or directs questions to appropriate manager

-Respond to all leads that come in through generators

-Responds to general email questions or forwards to appropriate manager

-Assists office manager in daily tasks

-Acts as a liaison between customers and office, maintaining a solid customer relationship by answering all questions and concerns with speed and professionalism

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
